How to cook it?


Millet, ginger powder, seed of hemp, sesame paste.


Drip water in millet and beat.

Place water in a wok with little ginger powder.

Place millet in the wok and boil.

Take out the ready millet mixture in a bowl.

Stir-fry 50g seed of hemp dry and pound.

Place 150g salt in a pan and pound.

Mix seed of hemp and salt.

Mix 200g sesame paste and 250g oil in a bowl and beat.

Sift sesame paste, sesame mixture on the surface of the bowl.

Sift sesame paste and sesame mixture between two pieces of millet mixture.
